Joint decision

With both sides aligned, the cross-border medical service agreement is activated and a named case manager is assigned.

Pre-Departure Logistics
We handle it

We assist with the inbound medical visa, accommodation, transport, first hospital registration and commercial insurance payment.

The patient completes the treatment programme in hospital, with the case manager on site throughout.
